Australia Trip Planner creates personalised holiday itineraries based on personal information provided by you. The itineraries developed include products and services promoted on www.australiatripplanner.com.au.

Australia Trip Planner acts as an agent for third-party suppliers, and your contract is direct with them. Bookings are subject to the supplier's terms and conditions and policies and you should read these before proceeding with your booking. Our role as an agent is limited to facilitating information and bookings, as applicable.

Payment processing

• We do not charge a service fee for processing credit card payments.

• Depending upon the currency of the booking, and the country in which your bank account and/or card was issued, your bank and/or credit card provider may impose foreign exchange fees and other fees which are in accordance with your arrangements with them.
   

Passports, Visas & Travel Insurance

• It is the responsibility of all travellers to check with the Australian consulate for current entry requirements applicable to them.

• As visa and health requirements are subject to change without notice, we recommend that you verify health and visa requirements with the Australian consulate prior to departure.

• We recommend that all travellers purchase a comprehensive Travel Insurance Policy prior to departure. If you cancel your trip or significantly alter travel dates, many policies will reimburse the cost of cancellation fees and related expenses.
